Grakes, tribal reptilian beings mainly from the Grake Forest Kingdom but have stretched out to other territories. They have three eyes and one leg. Their species are better suited for life in the trees and though they can stand and move well on the ground they are vulnerable to enemies like the Divine Empire as all of their species have two legs. Grakes have adapted surprisingly well on the ground and on the battlefield. Though there are foot soldiers, most Grakes fight on cavalry. Depending on the village and the region, each culture adapts to taming particular animals as beasts of burden, pets and companions, and for riding into battle. They have long created a balance with animals of the wild and to the wilderness itself by showing them respect and reverence.
The Orange or Plains Grakes live in villages on the grass plains not far from the Forest Kingdom. There they have succeeded in hunting fierce beasts of all shapes and sizes as well as taming a particularly infamous animal in their lands. The animals they ride upon into hunting and into battle is the Horned Rampage, a three-horned rhino species with tough hide (slightly spiked on the thighs). They can move fast, cause devastating damage to enemies, and are tough to kill. The riders are called Rampagers and wear feathers representing the three horns on the rhinos.

I like that you've incorporated some very cool stff on the design. The overall idea is very well presented but I would also like to see this creture at full scale. There are some issues on the design however. If I got this right, this creture should be able to climb well. You really can't do that with only tree limbs. Also the riding should be fairly hard.
For the technical side of stuff... When you incorporate eyes onto a face. You really want:
1. Place them in sockets; 2. Give them eye lids to be protected from watter/ dust.
I see you've put a lot of effort on the details and tectures. Great workd there.
Wow, I love how unique this character is! too many people create very predictable, over-used species, and I love how you really went all out with your design. the nails, teeth, and necklaces all add some awesome detail, but like the person who critiqued before me, I would really like to see how this looks with full shading. If you ever go full-out on the shading, could you link it to me? You already went into so much detail with jewelry and arm details and feathers (as well as with what looks like twine around his rib-cage and over his shoulders), and I love this picture, but I think that taking it that extra step would completely floor everyone.
anyway, nice design, and nice color scheme, as well. it's very appealing to the eyes, and well balanced
This is an interesting creature, and the cultural trivia you show thru both his clothes and your comments flesh him out even more, you've got pretty good design skills and an eye for detail, now all you need is to keep on honing your skills to make your drawings more solid. Try adding more volume and playing with different colour convinations for shading and highlights and eventually you'll get there
